UCP invites you to carve your name (or that of a loved one) and our future in stone, by dedicating a brick or bluestone paver in the Brick Garden at the UCP Suffolk Health Center in Central Islip.

This permanent tribute will help UCP pave the way to quality, accessible health care for persons with disabilities.

Note Cards

Packages of 12 4 ½ by 6 ¼ note cards (with envelopes) replicate original paintings created by artists with disabilities enrolled in programs in our Adult Day Services at UCP Suffolk. Every package includes three cards featuring each of the designs pictured (total of 12 cards).

Cards sell for $15 per package.

The UCP Suffolk Gourmet Cookbook, In Good Taste, by Shelley Obletz, features over 200 tested recipes and helpful hints including guides for preparation and presentation. It is a wonderful addition to any kitchen library and makes an ideal gift.

In Good Taste sells for a $35 donation to UCP Suffolk, plus $5.00 S & H.

Vehicle Donation

An automobile that you no longer need or use can be donated to UCP Suffolk, yielding a legal charitable tax deduction for you, and a cash profit to UCP.

Vehicles will be picked up at NO COST to the donor.
