DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Long Island Expressway to Exit 64 (ROUTE 112)

Proceed north to Terryville Road. Make a left and go one block. Clinic site on left side of street, within the grounds of Maryhaven Center for Hope.

OR

Route 347 (Smithtown Bypass)

Eastbound to Terryville Road. Travel approximately 1/2 mile to the Maryhaven Center for Hope grounds (on right side of street). Enter the grounds and follow the signs to the Diagnostic & Treatment Center Building.
