Our philosophy is as simple as it is effective: We don't treat problems, we treat people. Our outstanding reputation is the result of our four core values: quality care, comprehensive services, overall wellness, and individually customized care.

The Health Center is licensed by the NYS Department of Health (Article 28 Clinic) and is staffed by licensed,certified, and experienced professionals. We welcome appointments from individual consumers, and we accept referrals from schools, physicians, human service agencies, hospitals, government agencies, families and friends. Methods of payment include Medicaid, Medicare, Physically Handicapped Children's Program, Vocational Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID), private insurance, and personal payment.

Over 4,000 individuals are registered with the Center. Many receive their primary medical care from the Center while others use only the Center's specialty services. Our primary care physicians proactively coordinate the total care received by each of their patients to ensure that specialists treating a patient work together as a team.
