CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM

UCP Suffolk is proud to offer a comprehensive Children's Residential Program for youngsters five through 21 years of age. Our multi-faceted approach addresses the around the clock residential needs of children who have a wide range of developmental and/or physical disabilities. The Children's Residential Program (CRP) incorporates exemplary residential and educational services to nurture the growth and development of each child. The children live in fully accessible and comfortable homes in the community supported by an interdisciplinary team who regularly monitor each child’s needs, strengths and progress. Individualized attention and strong partnerships with families and school personnel and clinicians further ensure the growth and care of each child.

Features of the CRP

  • Group living in spacious and fully accessible modern houses
  • Warm and welcoming décor and personalized private and semi-private bedrooms creates a home-like setting
  • Spacious patios and backyards for outdoor recreation
  • Parental involvement is encouraged in the life and care of each child

  • A highly trained, supervised and loving staff dedicated to ensuring each child has the opportunity to develop to his or her fullest potential
