Yearbook Recognition Campaign

Family and friends of UCP's consumers volunteer to raise money through a mail campaign to friends, business associates and relatives. UCP staff prepare letters and disseminate all materials.

Memorial/In Honor Of Cards

For a minimum donation of $5.00 a card in memory or in honor of someone will be sent and appropriate acknowledgements will be given.

Wall of Honor

The front lobby of UCP's headquarters in Hauppauge has a Wall of Honor where your name or that of a loved one will be inscribed for a donation of $1000, $2500 or $5000.
