Rolf has become a spokesperson for the Agency Art Program. He exhibited and talked about his work on the UCP telethon and local television programs. Rolf has cerebral palsy and needs some accomodations to assist him in his UCP home and is known to paint late into the night. Rolf has expanded his efforts to include his own framing. Rolf attends the UCP Independent Living Program.
